Thanks for registering! The problem is a known issue, and there is a post in the Feedback forum I believe that covers some of the problem....

I've really loved using Maxthon (www.maxthon.com), which is the tabbed browser (http://www.myispforum.com/glossary/browser.html) that uses the IE engine... it works really well for me with billions...

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with A4L, but at least the cancellation did go fairly smoothly. That is usually where most problems occur with refunds when some ISPs may or may not be obligated...
